WristSolve is a study tutor for iPhone and Apple Watch. It is operated by Tokár Ádám, sole proprietor, Hungary ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your data when you use WristSolve.
When you ask for an answer with WristSolve AI (the default answer mode), the photo or text of your question, the recent messages of that chat and your subject notes are sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which passes them to OpenAI to write the answer and its explanation. OpenAI processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. We ask OpenAI not to store the request, and OpenAI does not use API data to train its models. OpenAI may keep API data for up to 30 days to detect abuse. Our server does not store your photos, questions or answers; it only relays them.
Before your first answer, WristSolve asks for your permission to send your questions to OpenAI. You can instead use your own API key or your own ChatGPT or Claude account under Settings > Advanced; then your question goes directly from your iPhone to that provider and its own privacy policy applies.
Your chats, subjects and notes stay on your iPhone and Apple Watch. We do not sell data, show ads, or track you across apps and websites.
If you allow notifications, WristSolve schedules reminders on your iPhone, for example the day before a free trial ends. They are scheduled locally; we do not keep a push token.
WristSolve is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used WristSolve AI, contact us and we will delete any related usage counts.
Under the GDPR you may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and may complain to your data protection authority (in Hungary: NAIH). Deleting the app removes everything stored on your devices.
